Betfred sportsbook has become the second sportsbook partner for the Colorado Rockies, entering into a multi-year agreement with the Major League Baseball squad.
Terms of the deal, according to a press release, will include various digital and stadium advertising opportunities at Coors Field, game-day experiences for fans, ticket giveaways, contests, and access to suites.
“Colorado has proven to be a fantastic market for Betfred Sports, and we look forward to further demonstrating our commitment to local fans with this partnership with the Rockies,” Bryan Bennett, the chief operating fficer of Betfred USA Sports, said in the release. “Along with our sportsbook at Saratoga Casino Black Hawk and our other sports partnerships in the state, Betfred is investing in Colorado for the long haul.”
BetFred was Colorado’s first live retail book
In June, BetFred’s Saratoga Casino sportsbook became the first to open for in-person wagering in Colorado. The company launched its mobile app in August 2020.
The Rockies had previously partnered with DraftKings, announcing that partnership back in September of 2020.
Big news this morning as @BetfredSports have signed a multi-year agreement with the @Rockies to further our commitment to the great state of Colorado.

“The Colorado Rockies are always looking to partner with top-tier brands and Betfred Sports has established themselves as one of the best in the market,” Walker Monfort, the Rockies’ vice president of corporate partnerships said in the release. “Sports betting has seen incredible growth across the country recently and we are always looking for new and exciting ways to engage with not only our fans but all sports fans throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.”
For Betfred, this is its third marketing agreement in Colorado. It has also partnered with the Denver Broncos and their former wide receiver Rod Smith.
Colorado launched mobile-only sportsbooks on May 1, 2020, and the state now has about 20 digital platforms available.
